Terms of service
Nine short sections, no small print. Your signed membership agreement is the final word; this is the plain-English summary. Last reviewed October 2026.
Joining
A request through this site is not a membership until we confirm rack space, your exact price and a start date, and you sign the membership agreement. If we cannot fit your boat we will tell you the same day.
Term, price and payment
Memberships run for 12 months and can be paid monthly or up front. Your rate is locked for the term. Monthly payments are taken in advance on the same day each month. Florida sales tax applies to storage charges.
What the membership includes
Each tier includes the storage, launches and routine maintenance listed on the Memberships page. Routine service covers labor and standard service parts (oil, filters, plugs, impellers, anodes). Anything else is a repair.
Repairs
We never start a repair without your approval. Faults found during checks are photographed and quoted first, and members receive the discount shown for their tier on labor and parts.
Launches and use
Launches are booked by request and are subject to weather, daylight and safe operating conditions. We may decline or delay a launch during small craft advisories or named-storm warnings.
Hurricanes and named storms
From June 1 to November 30 every member boat is covered by our written storm plan. We will take reasonable steps to secure your boat, but storms are outside our control and storm damage is a matter for your own insurer.
Insurance
Members must keep hull and liability insurance on their boat for the whole term and give us a current certificate. We carry marina operator’s liability and care, custody and control coverage while your boat is in our hands.
Ending a membership
You may end your membership at the end of the term with 30 days’ notice. Ending early is possible by agreement; any balance for the remaining term is discussed openly before you sign, never buried here.
Our team
Our technicians are employed, trained and insured by us. Please do not hire them privately for work on your boat while they work with us — it falls outside our insurance and your service records.
